Tree daisy Olearia lyalli on North East Island, Snares Islands with a rain cloud approaching. The Snares Islands are in the stormy Roaring Forties where consistent, strong prevailing westerly winds bring more than 1200mm/year of rainfall, and maintain a mean average temperature of 11°C.
